Hoteliers with heart

Alexandra and Sebastian Rösch – the professional, yet cordial hoteliers

Sebastian Rösch comes from a German-French family of hoteliers. His parents operated premier hotels in Germany and abroad. Already in his youth, immediately upon completion of his Abitur, Sebastian followed in the footsteps of his parents and started helping out in their hotels. He gained exposure to the various areas of hotel management through his positions in room service, breakfast service, and front desk/reception.

After completing this “basic training”, Sebastian also decided to attend the elite French hotel management speciality school in Strasbourg.

Prior to the opening of his own hotel, Hotel Laimer Hof in Munich, Sebastian Rösch was Sales Director of the hotel corporation, “Ringhotels”, with 150 cooperating entities.

Alexandra Rösch

Alexandra Rösch and her husband, Sebastian, both have a first-class hospitality management education.

Alexandra, who has a German-French heritage, completed her Abitur (final examination of highest level of secondary school) at the European School in Karslruhe, and subsequently attended the “École Hotelière” (well-known hospitality management school) in Strasbourg, where she also met her future husband.

Since 1996, Alexandra Rösch worked as a management assistant at the “Hotel Carmen” in Munich. The couple was thus well prepared to take the step of operating their own hotel.

And that is something guests see and feel during their stay at Hotel Laimer Hof: professionalism and cordiality are in perfect balance, and form the foundation for meticulous service and warm hospitality.

Personal service is a priority for the Rösch family

For example, Sebastian Rösch can easily be persuaded by his guests to lead a jogging tour through the Nymphenburg park and to share his many insider tips for attractions in Nymphenburg and Munich.

The couple’s two sons are also a wealth of information regarding the capital of Bavaria. They are into sports and love their parent’s hotel.

In light of their bi-lingual upbringing and first-rate education in international schools, Alexandra and Sebastian speak fluent English, French and Spanish, and are thus well prepared to receive international guests.
